Billy Basin is a lovely hair salon, very relaxing and very relaxed - not a stressy, uptight place at all. They use and sell Aveda products which are just lovely. It's an all round positive experience visiting!

Love getting my hair cut at Billy Basin. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Donna looks after me and I enjoy our chats and appreciate the advice she offers. Wish I had reason to visit more often!

Claire is an absolutely brilliant stylist and is fantastic at colour too. Really welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere. Only criticism is it could do with a little cosmetic update , but this is the least important factor to me. Best salon around

I am always made to feel very welcome at this salon. All the stylists do a very professional job and the salon mentors new sylists coming through regularly as well. My hairdresser is very talented and has extensive knowledge and experience and we always have a nice chat into the bargain. I have been coming to the salon for many years now seeing other stylists at first and then more recently the salon owner, and I have no reason to change that for the foreseeable future.

First time appointment with Harry, who took a lot of time and trouble to get things just as requested. Full marks for a great result. I look forward to seeing Harry on my next visit.
