Don’t like the background music which is why I’ve downrated the overall environment. Also don’t feel it’s necessary for a hairdressing salon to bring out Halloween decor. The clientele is mainly adult and there’s enough Chinese plastic tat in the High Street!

I absolutely love this salon. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and I genuinely have a good laugh when I come here. Robyn is an incredible stylist and I recommend anyone with curly hair to go and see her. She’s amazing.

As soon as you receive the warm welcome on arrival you know you are in safe, caring hands and it is such a relaxing, pampering environment that makes any appointment in the salon such a pleasure. The staff are so friendly, kind and professional. They are also very knowledgeable and Ive always found them happy to discuss any ideas concerning cut, colour etc. and I always look forward to my visits to Billy Basin.

Donna has been looking after my hair for many years and never fails to please! She’s always professional, warm and friendly and always takes time to ensure you’re happy with the end result! Billy Basin offer an exceptional service and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

It’s a treat to visit. My biggest compliment is that my hair comes out exactly the same every visit, the quality never drops. I think any of the stylists would provide a wonderful service, my favourite is Harry Fortune. Cannot recommend him enough! Fab head massage from the assistants too. Thank you everyone, wishing you all a Happy Christmas 🎄
