Hi All Everything was great as usual. My only comment was that the girl washing my hair was rather rough at times although saying 'ouch' once or twice helped! The tea/smiles/chat were as good as ever!

As always, a fantastic experience at Billy Basin. A warm welcome, understanding discussion about what I wanted, great hair wash and a fabulous cut. Couldn't ask for more and all at a reasonable price for the service and skill.

Great colouring done by Rebecca and cut and styling by Hari. Restored my untidy, wavy mop to a hairstyle again. Thanks to both.
