The total pampering experience starts as soon as you enter the salon or call them with the happy super friendly but extremely efficient Tracy. She makes you instantly switch off from your hectic life and you know that for the next couple of hours the staff at Billy Basin will completely look after you. Nothing is too much trouble and unlike other salons, the owners are friendly and welcoming and they total interact with the environment. My stylist Jane is amazing, she actually listens to what I want and delivers every time, whether it's colour, cutting mine or my son's hair. She's friendly and very easy to talk to and we have interesting conversations, not the usual " where are you going on your holidays" stuff. I look forward to every visit and I am a very very happy customer. I would recommend this salon without hesitation. Thanks all at Billy Basin. X
