I bought a haircut and mini manicure. I am VERY happy with the haircut but not at all with the mini manicure, hence the averaged ratings of 5. I removed the manicure as soon as I got home, because the colour did not come out the same as on the sample, and I do not think the manicurist did a good job. The colouring was sloppy and did not cover all my nails. I had the manicurist re-do one nail while I was there, but I don't think the second attempt was any better.

My first haircut here was fine but as it was a new salon, very safe as I wanted to test the water (although inevitably was a bit underwhelmed with the look). I did return as QT had done what I'd asked. This time with a bit more trust and freedom to do what he does best QT has done a fab job. Much happier with the cut, it sits better and is definitely more flattering. Thanks.

I have been using Billy Basin very regularly since it first opened. It is an exceptional salon. I love going there alaways feel uplifted after my visit- and I always love my hair!

Can't recommend Hari, Nick, Tracey and the team at Billy Basin highly enough. No matter how busy they are they always take the time to make you feel special and pampered. I've never yet had a bad haircut and I've used the salon since it first opened 15 years ago. By far the best salon in Hampton Hill / Hampton.
