Billy Basin is my favourite salon – it's like a visit to special friends who also pamper you in the process. And the quality of the cuts and colouring is second to none – I often receive compliments but always say that I can't take credit for it and that it's all down to the brilliance and skill of the wonderful Hari. But all the stylists are very talented and give you marvellous haircuts. And everyone takes good care of you, especially Nick and Tracey! Having your hair done there is always a great experience.

I have been going to Billy Basin for over 13 years and would recommend the salon to my friends. The staff are lovely and the service is excellent. It is my place to relax, have a chat and have a new hair do thrown in as well!!

Had lots of lovely comments - always do when I go to Billy Basin and everyone wants to know where I had it done. My hair looks much thicker and healthier and hubby said I looked younger!

A vibrant friendly salon. I have been going to Billy Basin for many years. From the great welcoming from Tracey & Nick,to the attention given by Hari and all the stylists,they make it a comfortable relaxing experience. They know their products and they understand their clients. My children and I always walk out feeling fabulous!

It's always a pleasure to visit Billy Basin. Hari, Nick, Tracey and the team provide a warm welcome and a very professional service. On the few occasions when I have had to have haircuts or colour elsewhere because of family issues in the North of England, Hari has managed to restore my colour/style to 'normal' with no fuss and his usual good humour.
