Visit Billy Basin for a haircut and style, colour or whatever you want - you will come away relaxed and with a hairdo that's exactly what you wished for. I've tried to save money sometimes by going to cut price salons, but I end up going back to Billy Basin to get them to put things right. They go to a lot of trouble to please. Happy Customer!
