I've been a customer at Billy Basin for over eight years and I think that the fact that I flew over from Zurich (where I now live) for a haircut and colour says it all! Tracy is a real asset as front of house - her infectious laugh always cheers me up. And Lucchi is such a great stylist too..wish he'd move to Zurich :-)
