Robyn is a star, cuts my hair really well and makes suggestions. Trust her judgement 100% and makes me feel good. She's got great interpersonal skills and feels like you're having a catchup with a friend. Salon has a lovely feel and staff actually make the effort to know you. Tracy, the receptionist, makes you feel welcome immediately and as a regular she knows you by name. She's a real asset! I also love the fact that there is no 'hard sell' of products so you do not feel the pressure to make purchases that you'll never use. I would highly recommend this salon if you want an excellent, personal service at a reasonable price. Well done everyone at Billy Basin, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
