Always a great experience with the team. Fran and Natalie provide a very professional service. Due to people not turning up for appointments, which results in revenue lost and staff time wasted, there will be a 50% non refundable deposit payable 2 weeks before your appointment. I understand why this has to be done but for genuine customers like myself, this will impact me.
