Carlene was amazing! From the second we got there she made me feel comfortable and at ease and also my 3 year old Autistic son, she interacted with him but also made his brother feel excited about the whole experience , she ensured that I was happy with what she was doing and as we were doing quite a big chop , she kept making sure that I was okay with it, which is so reassuring as a parent! I’ve definitely found myself a hairdresser who we will be using, also double bonus is that they have a little play cafe at the back so after the haircut we had a play and some lunch! Honestly amazing , .
