Jack was my hair stylist today, he was so good. Lovely to ovchat to, made me feel at ease straight away. I have never walked out of a salon before without wanting to rustle up my hair, today I didn’t want to as it was blow dried perfectly. Thanks Jack!

Salon staff always very attentive and courteous, relaxing pleasant time in a quiet atmosphere. Stylist very experienced and always endeavours to explain finer details of the cut or colour. Hot drinks offered regularly are of a high standard, very welcome on a cold day! In order to improve the ambience of the salon, maybe nice to hang decorative mirror/photos (not necessarily hairstyle related though) on wall in the area where hair is washed, presently walls are bare and although the area is relaxing, needs something subtle to break up the wall area, alternatively, change the colourscheme to something slightly lighter. Overall though it is a nice salon which leaves you feeling pampered at the end of your appointment.

Lovely salon but a little chilly today! I'm a little uncertain regarding the choice of background (quite loud) music played as it does not seem appropriate for the client demographic who tend to be quite a lot older than the young staff members! However, the staff are lovely!

Experience today wet hair down my back my hair holds water...... maybe the person washing my hair should dry the ends before I have my hair done in future thank you for the lovely look Anna , see you October xxx

So sorry you had a wet back, we usually towel wrap the hair so there are no drips while walking from the back wash and whilst waiting for your stylist, I will make sure all the team are aware of this, thank you so much for your feedback, we can keep our standard high when made aware of these blips! thanks again.
