Salon always friendly place to go, staff always happy and willing to help, frequent offers of tea/coffee. Customer care very professional, stylist always discusses likes/dislikes with the customer to achieve the best cut/colour for the customer. Have never left disappointed.

Awesome hair cut as usual. Danielle is a really talented and friendly hair dresser. Only thing I would ask for is that you get some more interesting reading material like the independent or national geographic magazine.

My first appointment with Emily went really well, she took time to listen to exactly what I wanted and the end result is proof of that, I was very happy. This is coming from a person who has gone back to her previous hairdressers to complain at least 3 times. I wish i'd have moved over to BB sooner! Emily was really lovely. Salon is a bit on the small side but I was very well looked after. Nice coffee and loos!

Love this salon! Service is always great, lovely tea or coffee offered and the staff actually give you time to drink it! Seen on time, expert cut and blow dry, care taken over style to ensure customer satisfaction. The price is very reasonable, by using a loyalty card, considerable savings can always be made at my salon without compromising service. I would certainly recommend this salon to friends.

Ordinary Green tea would have pushed service rating up to 10. Ordinary tea very nice though, thanks!
