I called in yesterday and wasn't too happy to find a group waiting presumably for a friend who was having a haircut and couldn't understand why they weren't asked to wait elsewhere. I did ask the group that those not wanting treatment to wait outside and reluctantly they moved and then there was a mix up of who was going to attend to me! I left! However, I called back today and Mark (boss) made me most welcome and executed a fine haircut for which I thank him!
