The appointment system is a very good idea.Personally I find the actual booking system on the tablet very clumsy and laborious. I am one who finds using apps regularly fairly easy but as I only visit the Groom room say every 2 months or more.I find I have forgotten how to navigate through.it would be easier if there was merely a book where you wrote your name and the Groom room called you prior to your slot.

I like that you don't have to wait too long to get served and that the barbers certainly seem to know what they're about. I've been a couple of times now and will be coming back! Great service, good haircut. Thanks.

Great haircuts but the price I feel is a bit much and makes me think about going elsewhere as can’t afford that price every time I need a haircut

Unfortunately the appointment was 10-15 mins late but I can appreciate that Mark was very busy due to the lockdown fast approaching. His attention to detail is perfect and he is a very friendly guy.

Normally takes a while but I enjoy the fact the guys take time doing a cut. This time wasn't great though, took like an hour and a half, little by little took too much off the sides trying to perfect things. As I say I don't normally mind but this was reeeeally long. Cut wasn't the best I've had from here either. Perhaps I'll stick with the guys I know are consistent for the next one.
