Absolutely amazing service ! The nicest people and made me feel so welcome. Did an amazing job cutting my hair, exactly what I asked for. Couldn’t recommend enough !!

The staff are lovely & chatty but however I was not pleased with the result when got back home. Due to the hair being cut behind my back I couldn’t see how much was taken off & being curled it was very difficult to see the mistakes at the time I was sat in the chair. When I got home & the curls began to fall out I noticed the front cut was completely shocking as you could see the blunt ends been taken off and was not blended with rest of the hair. I had to go back to salon to advise this so could get this fixed. Afterwards I went home again & where my hair went to straight I noticed the underneath hairs were a different length to the ones at the front!!! I just didn’t get what I asked for which is such a shame as my first visit was not this bad. I only asked for tiny bit off as wanted to keep growing my hair & seems loads have been taken off at my front. For £110 I shouldn’t have had to advise where the mistakes were of going back & where the dye has been left on for so long on my hair it’s now dried it out! I’m so upset as had such good condition hair before going here. Gaynor has offered me to come back after holiday but again I had this done for that reason & now due to loosing my trust of going near my hair again I won’t be returning. What a shame!!

It's my first visit to this hair salon, or I should have said it was a pleasure to have visited this salon today. My consultation and hair was done by Gaynor, whom I must say is very talented. Today, I had my roots, foils, wash, cut and finish - all done to such a very high standard. My whole experience was great, the atmosphere, friendliness and care taken was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, I felt so relaxed and happy - this is what great hair-care feels like, when you can instinctively trust someone to do a fantastic job with your hair. Because let's face it "ladies you know how stressful this can be for a first-time visit to someone new", but you will get none of that stress at Revival, why - all down to bags of experience, having a natural flair and talent along with their passion to please you. So don't take my word for it. If you are not happy with your hair or you're looking for someone new or even if you're not - give Revival a call - you certainly won't regret it, you will enjoy the change and will make it your new go-to. Whether it's young cool fashion statements through to senior more reserved styling - you will look and feel great. I know you're all asking, Will I visit again? too right I will and already have my next appointment booked. Thanks again Gaynor for a fantastic job well done. See you soon, Thx P.
