I can’t recommend the Japanese head spa or Reiki treatments that I had highly enough. The environment, the feeling of complete relaxation, the treatments and generally the whole experience is one that I will be repeating. Having never had reiki before I was unsure of what to expect but I’m honestly overwhelmed with the euphoric feeling it gave. I’d never met Leanne before but her debrief of the session afterwards was so absolutely incredible. She understood and explained everything perfectly. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you.

I think having to pay for a blow dry in addition to the colour as it is no longer included makes it very expensive. I used to go to Toni and guy and stopped for this reason. If you are paying £155 for a hair colour I think it is reasonable to expect to leave the salon with blow dried hair without having to pay another £48. The bond treatment in the bleach should be an optional extra like it used to be with the olaplex. I understand it is already in the bleach now, as Nadia explained. I just feel the blow dry cost is excessive on top of an already costly colour. This has no reflection on my experience with Nadia today, she has done a great job on my hair and as always was lovely, friendly and professional.

Amazing experience! To make it better, it would have been good to have done the scalp analysis like seems to be advertised online (or clarify if this isn’t included), not go into the second room that isn’t ready yet for the consultation as it wasn’t as nice looking as the main treatment room, and dry hair completely (or clarify if this isn’t meant to happen).
