This salon and it’s girls deserve nothing less than 10/10. Everybody who walks in is really warmly welcomed and looked after the whole time they are there, unlike other good salons which I find can have a really intimidating and impersonal feel. The girls are all brilliant at what they do and they are so lovely. Each of them takes the time to say goodbye whenever someone leaves, which is a really small thing but it speaks volumes about how much they care about people’s experience. I’ve never really had regular appointments at a salon and never much enjoyed having my hair done as it always felt a bit awkward, but after just 2 appointments with Alison I feel really comfortable going to Brhaive as it’s just a really lovely experience. .
