Gutted. Didn't turn out how I wanted and when I said as much was told it didn't matter it would "wash out anyway". Colour is wrong and cut not even with bits sticking out of the bottom level. Most i have ever spent on my hair and was looking forward to a treat but met with indifference when I was quietly upset with the result. Will probably call the manager to complain but pretty sad that I have to spend Christmas like this and the girls although seemed nice weren't really bothered that I didn't like it and just took the money.

Emily did a lovely job. I'm nit much of a chatter but she didn't mind or force a conversation which I liked. My hair looks amazing and I'm so happy with it.

Happy salon always chatting to their customers always offer a drink and biscuit. Good valve for money. Happy with my hair do everything.
