Emily was very professional, making me feel comfortable as well as relaxed. I went the with a mixed colour of hair and left feeling good with one overall colour. Emily offered advise on how to maintain my desired colour & a healthy look. Will definitely make her my go to stylist. Thank you for taking care of my hair with a full condition and gentle comb, this being very important to me! See you soon .

I think having to pay for a blow dry in addition to the colour as it is no longer included makes it very expensive. I used to go to Toni and guy and stopped for this reason. If you are paying £155 for a hair colour I think it is reasonable to expect to leave the salon with blow dried hair without having to pay another £48. The bond treatment in the bleach should be an optional extra like it used to be with the olaplex. I understand it is already in the bleach now, as Nadia explained. I just feel the blow dry cost is excessive on top of an already costly colour. This has no reflection on my experience with Nadia today, she has done a great job on my hair and as always was lovely, friendly and professional.

Lovely headspa experience gifted by a friend, we opted for the double headspa. Ange and the rest of the Brhaive team were wonderful. It was a really relaxing experience and I’d 100% go back again and recommend it to anyone who is curious about trying a headspa! Ange was a brilliant headspa therapist. I even forgot my Apple Watch. I later received a voicemail from the girls contacting me that they’d kept it aside for me. This was super thoughtful and kind so thank you!! Was also offered a lovely hot drink during my visit. Only thing that would make it even better next time would be better sound proofing to the treatment room or a sign outside that says “Shhh- treatment in progress”, as I’m sensitive to sound and easily distracted and it was a little loud outside from conversations that could be heard.
