I booked on-line and the confirmation included a price of £26.00 for a cut/blow dry with Lani .When I paid she said it was £41 as I only had a trim ,no re-style I can’t understand why it was so much more

Lani was extremely friendly and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I didnt feel pressured into being sold anything additoonal. She checked I was aware of the cost before starting, what I wanted before cutting and once the cut was completed.
