Charlie is amazing!! Always listens and offers balanced advice. Does all she can to meet requests. What has stood-out over my last two visits is her absolute professionalism. Told me with complete transparency that if I needed a pixie style she would pass to a colleague whilst she continues to train and develop her expertise. I am sure some of this is confidence!!! Because of her honesty, conscientiousness and professionalism I would trust her implicitly with a complete restyle. Sometimes being in a salon can be daunting but you all always make the experience warm and friendly. Charlie, you are amazingly brilliant and it has been wonderful to see your confidence and skill grow over the last couple of years. Thank you ❤️
