As always, I am delighted with my haircut from Amy! She gave me some great advice about my hair queries too. However, over my last 5/6 visits, I have been disappointed with the hair wash service that I have received. Each time, I don’t feel like my hair has been properly cleaned as the person washing my hair only rubs the shampoo on the top layer of my hair and doesn’t actually get into my scalp. This has meant that on a few occasions, I have had to re-wash my hair later in the day as I have found it to still be dirty/have shampoo residue in it. This is disappointing because I love having my hair cut by Amy, and the hair wash service just puts a slight dampener on the experience.

This such a warm, friendly and welcoming salon. I frequently recommend it to people that I know. Taylor coloured and cut my hair today. She took time to understand what I was looking for as I was going for a bit of a change. She checked throughout the cut to make sure it was what I had in mind. Such a professional job. I absolutely love it!
