Friendly and welcoming - when made appointment. Young Saturday girl needs further support re washing hair - lacking in confidence to wash hair / too gentle and felt hair was not being washed. Directed me to a chair that had yet to be cleaned covered in hair and without gown. Cut was quick and basic and lacked professionalism that have experience in all other salons, checking lengths even on sides no shape given to front of hair - came out and did not feel much difference. Colour - had asked for dark brown same as hair colour (just wanted grey topped up) colour near enough black so disappointed. Returned home to find back of t shirt covered in dye. Did have a gown but obviously not waterproof. Hair felt dry when blowed dried - salon conditioner/products did not give that salon feeling which I usually encountered. Staff very friendly but experience very average.
