I'm usually quite anxious and hadn't had my hair cut in such a long time. The hairdresser was really calming, didn't judge, was really friendly and gave lots of advice and suggestions on what I wanted. Really pleased with the results. I feel like a new person.

Lisa and Nicky are so sociable as well as great hairdressers, when you go there you don’t feel like they look down noses at you or judge you in any way. You are made to feel comfortable at all times. They also have a sensory area for adults and children who may need that sort of environment.

Had a really lovely experience once again in Shades salon. Am really pleased with my cut and thoroughly enjoyed chatting to and getting to know Lisa. She offered good advice and listened to how I wanted my hair to look. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all at Shades for the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere!

When you step into Shades Hair and Beauty Salon, you are always greeted with a warm welcome, and that's thanks to the fantastic vibe among the stylists. I have been coming to Shades for the past 5 years, and I can honestly say that Lisa is an amazing stylist who truly excels at what she does. I love that she always suggests styles that suit me, and I know I can trust her to take great care of my hair. Not only do I leave feeling fabulous, but I always have a great time while I am there! You are guaranteed a good laugh, a delicious coffee, and enjoyable chats with Lisa, Nikki and Taylor. If you are looking for a salon that feels like home, Shades is the place to go!
