Chloe was really lovely and did a great job with my hair. The other hairdresser in the salon at the time Lisa was also really friendly. Will definitely be using Shades as my preferenced salon in the future.

I was very nervous having my balayage appointment initially, 4 years since my previous hair appointment elsewhere, but instantly felt at ease with Chloe, and she did a fantastic job too! I requested a good cut, and lived in, natural and blended balayage...Chloe delivered exactly that. THANK YOU! Chloe was incredibly patient, my hair took 6 and a half hours as it is VERY long and thick, not one grumble! The salon was calm, and not at all your typical b*tchy salon. Everyone respected everyone, and all the stylists and receptionists spoke to me and made me feel comfortable!

Lisa and staff are just amazing! Always make me feel right at home and so welcome. Always come out feeling great. Lisa cut my little boys hair in the sensory room, he refused to have it done for years but he was calm and comfortable the whole time and managed a whole hair cut!
