Sophie was wonderful with me, so patient and attentive. It was nice to see Sophie’s interaction with her colleague and the whole experience was much friendlier than a few years ago. I really enjoyed my treat and came out feeling n top of the world.

I have been going to Twist Hair & Beauty for many years. It’s like stepping into a big family home where there is always laughter, funny stories, spoilt with an array of drinks & best of all receive a wonderful professional experience. I always come out with a smile on my face & feeling completely relaxed

I can’t rate Olive enough she’s so friendly and she always makes my hair absolutely amazing! It would be nice to get some smiles from people who are observing. The lady who washed my hair was lovely. She offered me a coffee but then it didn’t appear. This has happened to me on most of my visits where it gets forgotten about and I’m too busy chatting to ask again.
