It was lovely to have my hair done and I was very much looking forward to the pamper. I was just a bit disappointed with the hair wash and condition. I was expecting a nice relaxing head massage with the conditioner and didn’t even have the hair combed through. It was so Knotty after that I had to run my fingers through it several times myself to get the knots out before it was cut. It was just a little disappointing as I don’t often get time to myself for a nice pamper. 😞
