it was my first encounter at the Salon although I was greeted enthusiastically and friendly, I was asked what I would like and explained I need a trim and a refresh of my layers, no other questions were asked ie where's your parting do you usually have a fringe, it had been a while since my last haircut so it wasn't obvious what my style was, she proceeded with a trim of less than a cm off then I was asked if that was ok, I asked her to trim a little more then she proceeded to a cut at least half an inch off I felt like I was being hacked ,all whislt talking to ther clients in the salon I wasn't able to converse with the stylist as I couldn't get a word in edge ways and heard all about her life. maybe if she concentrated on the client in her chair and their needs instead of being distracted by other clients in the salon and her own dramas she could focus on what her client needs.
