Arrived just before 9:30 for my appointment. Colour technician approx 10minutes late. Stylist not ready following my colour treatment had to wait a further 20 minutes until she was available. Offered a hair treatment while I waited but was not rinsed before stylist arrived. Either the person who made the appointment did not look at time scales or the technician took so long my stylist had to deal with another customer. Apologies were given. This is the first time this has happened but I was late for my next appointment and found the experience frustrating. Otherwise excellent results as usual.
