I’m always nervous going to the hairdressers due to a bad experience a few years ago, but Shai made me feel very relaxed, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. From the minute I walked in to the minutes I left the staff were friendly, offering refreshments and always smiling. Shai understood I’d had a bad experience with a haircut (not from this salon) and talked me through each step and checked I was ok. I’m over the moon with my new hair and that’s all thanks to kind, well trained and understanding staff. Well done Ladies, you have a great little business and Thank you Shai for making me feel calm and relaxed.
