Comment
Sadly one of the staff had injured her hand so I was unable to receive my head massage. I received a phone call early morning to make me aware of the problem and then moved my hair appointment to the time Emma was available. As usual the staff were helpful and courteous even in this really hot weather. Everything was fine as per usual.
