My experience today was very very good. Jane was superb in listening to what I wanted and made suggestions that were helpful. The colleague who washed my hair was also very good, giving me the most relaxing head massage I have had for a long time.! The only thing I would say is the exterior of the salon looks tired. Paint is peeling off the fascia board and the signage looks old. The exterior needs updating to suggest to passers by that the salon is efficient, up-to-the-minute, and tempting to pop in and discuss their hair!
