Ashleigh was calm, friendly & welcoming. She put me totally at ease & ensured my every comfort was met throughout the whole appointment. We talked through my expectations of what I was hoping for with my new haircut. I am delighted with how my hair looks & feels. It was a long overdue haircut & Iβm so glad that I have had it done. I did think that the shop decor was looking a little tired in places but the overall experience was very relaxing. I will definitely be coming back even though I actually live in North East Hertfordshire. When on another visit to see family I will book in for another appointment with Ashleigh to get some more hair therapy βΊοΈπππππ
