Stu has been cutting my hair for the last 6-months, since I moved back to Abergavenny from Cardiff. At first, I was nervous, as I had the same barber for 7-years in Cardiff, and a unique hairstyle. Stu has always done an excellent job with my cuts, and I now consider him a friend of mine. Now that I’m about to move back to Cardiff I’m nervous about getting a new barber again!

I visited on Wed with my son Steffan who is 6, he does not like having his haircut and I had been recommended Bestties by another mum. Unfortunately the person cutting his hair did not interact with my son in any way or try to distract him so that he would sit still. It made the whole experience quite difficult and as a result my son did not get a particularly good haircut. Whilst I know you are not specifically a childrens barbers I think your staffs approach to children could be improved.

The staff at Abergavenny are all very friendly and welcoming. My barber, Stu, is excellent and always arranges my future appointments at my convenience.
