The best facial I've had and I'm surprised as I usually go for top salons in Manchester, not any more. The room that I was in was very clean and the bed was comfy and I was well covered up in a really soft blanket . I sadly knocked off a few points because you could clearly hear the hairdressing salon ( hair dryers , lots of chatting, radio ect,). This stopped the de-stressing that I went for a little but the service I was receiving made up for the loss . Can I suggest some spa music in the room. The salon was very friendly, a gem indeed .My therapist amazing, could relax with her and her skills out of this world. Will I go back- yes I will.

Niamh has given me 2 treatments so far Gel overlay and Eyebrow wax and tint. Both treatments were to a high standard, and I was very pleased with the results. Niamh also communicates well and is interesting to talk to which I personally find important when I am in a salon. The salon decor is really nice too. I have made another booking for in a couple of weeks.

Loved my massage and experience at this salon, was a great pamper and the staff couldn't be nicer. Felt so at ease and welcomed. Thank you

Staff are amazing, treatments were exactly as I expected. Stools at nail table are awful & need replacing with just a simple chair so you can sit properly for your appointment.

Evie was my hairdresser for the appointment yesterday and she very really lovely. She was gentle when handling my hair and took her time to make sure I got the desired results. This is my second time coming and I feel very confident coming again. It’s become my go to hairdressers.
