Steven looked after me in an exemplary way. He listened carefully to what I wanted and explained how he could go about achieving that. He managed my expectations and ensured I understood the treatments I would be getting. All this was done in a friendly and professional manner. Steven made me feel at ease, was incredibly polite throughout the whole appointment whilst having a cracking sense of humour. All in all a very pleasant experience with an end result of lovely hair.
