I had a new hair stylist today, it was her 1st day. I took her advice in what she thought would be ideal for my hair from what I normally get done. Initially I waited 5mins plus to get my hair washed because she wouldn't do it. Then she cut my hair and didn't show me before she styled it. When I did comment she did apologise. She curled my hair with the hair dryer which was quite traumatic because it kept getting stuck in the brushes.. when i asked about using hair straighteners as I have had before she said the hairdryer looks more natural. I am not happy with the after look there are hairbrush lifts I look like a mushroom. Happy to send pictures. Thank you

I am usually pleased after having my hair done at Raw. My stylist gave me what I asked for (as usual), however - I was so shocked at how much it cost. £193 is a lot of money and it wasn’t a big change or a fancy style. I don’t have a lot of hair! Sorry, I can’t afford those prices anymore.

I am still made to pay for PPE. And my top got wet and this is not the 1st time. The stan on the back of my head line. I got 40%off because I had saved up my point. But my cut and colour was over 80.pound which I thought that was very expensive after what had happen to my top and the stan . I am.not happy with the service that I resved..

Unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience this time. My stylist was running late so was already rushing & dealing with the other clients. I've once again had to leave with patchy hair , not styled to the examples I provided. Patchy and ginger blonde roots (my fringe is ginger and looks so bad) , with grey ends. Even after voicing my issues I don't feel they were fixed due to being busy with the next client. Really unhappy with my final results again

I had a balayage on 23/12/24, even the colour wasn’t what a have requested I tried to think positive and wait for the next wash to see my actual color. The problem is that my hair it started to break and fall off like never before. I had a feeling that something was wrong on the appointment because after applying my color, when they washed my hair I waited for the toner for about10 min at least and the girls were keep coming to see me. After that I stayed with the toner for more than 10 min and the smell was awful. I understand the process as was my second balayage don. The first time I went from brown to blonde balayage and I had no problem (July 2024). I am struggling with anxiety and I don’t want to be contacted by anyone. Very disappointed that I spend £126 for my hair to damaged like this.
