I was very disappointed with the new chairs, they are not very comfortable. Please bring back the previous chairs.

We are sorry you did not like the chairs. These are a temporary solution whilst we save for new more permanent ones. The original chairs are still on the top and ground floors which you are welcome to request to be seated next time.

An excellent experience. I always enjoy visiting RAW. However, there are a lot of stairs to climb. This could cause an issue for those with mobility problems.

I took my 9 year old son, who has crazy hair, to Raw today. We saw Nicola who gave me advice on how best to deal with his thick, wavy locks. She was so good with him. He is often shy and can be uncomfortable in the barbers but she made him so welcome and comfortable he has been raving about his experience all day. Can’t praise Nicola and Raw enough.

All so helpful and kind whilst we were in the salon, really looked after me and my daughter baby whilst the other ‘big’ girl was getting her haircut, the hair came out perfect, thank you Maddie and all who were so kind.
