Rio was very welcoming and she's a great 'front of house' for Raw. She offered me a bottle of water on arrival, gave me some advice on the products and I left feeling that I had been well looked after.

Hair washing experience was horrible. Shampoo slopped on roughly & very quickly, water dripped over face. Rinsed in extremely hot water conditioner & toner followed very roughly then towel dried aggressively which I hate as I have fine fragile hair I never ever rub my wet hair like that. Sprayed various products into my hair without telling me what they were & then told me to do my own parting. Also was not happy about her coughing over me, which she did apologise for but I would expect her to be wearing a mask & not coughing over clients. Very unprofessional overall.
