An incredible experience at Raw today. My stylist Jess was very kind and listened to the concerns I had about my hair. She recommended different ways to take care of my hair. She then washed and cut my hair and made sure I was happy with the style every step of the way. I would recommend Raw Dartford to my friends and family.

Emily is warm & friendly. She gives great advice & I trust her 💯 She always remembers past conversations we’ve had which I think is a great personal touch. This is why I come back to Raw. Overall everybody i encounter at the salon has a smile.

I had a great experience at the saloon recently. There were technical issues with the booking system and somehow my appointment was taken by another client. The staff managed to get it resolved and I was lucky enough to get a fantastic haircut by Jess. I also was given a free treatment for the troubles. Extremely happy with the service as always.
