Heidi is a super star and always does the most fantastic job I love her. I was freezing in the salon today though I had to sit on my hands to warm them up even after I’d been moved upstairs. The lighting made it really hard to see her great work…until I got home, which I feel could make it hard on her when I can’t see the job she’s done and give her the praise and positive feedback she deserved :( she always takes extra time and care over me and she’s 10/10! The young apprentice who brought me my coffee was nice too! I do find it quite expensive and therefore don’t visit as much as I would like to. But still wouldn’t go anywhere else.
