Hair washing experience was horrible. Shampoo slopped on roughly & very quickly, water dripped over face. Rinsed in extremely hot water conditioner & toner followed very roughly then towel dried aggressively which I hate as I have fine fragile hair I never ever rub my wet hair like that. Sprayed various products into my hair without telling me what they were & then told me to do my own parting. Also was not happy about her coughing over me, which she did apologise for but I would expect her to be wearing a mask & not coughing over clients. Very unprofessional overall.

Loved the experience and treatment given at the Raw, Dartford. Heidi was great and made me feel comfortable and gave the best advice. Loved the experience and will 100% recommend it.
