This is the first time I've been to Raw after 14 years of sticking to my hairdresser based in Norbury. I've had such bad experiences when I've tried other hair salons that are closer to home which led me to stick to my old hairdresser as it was safe that way. Having read amazing reviews of Raw, I decided to check it out and I wasn't disappointed. The booking was as easy as it gets. Emily at Raw cut my hair and what an AMAZING service. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She made me feel at ease from the very start and used products suitable for my hair, kept me informed of products she was using. She didn't try selling me any products I didn't need, which as you know is what a lot of salons do. This is where I'll be going for all services hair related!

A lovely welcome back to the salon after lockdown. Even though I have been a client for many years, I am always given time and attention every time I visit. Kim, the owner, and her team are brilliant. They are all highly trained and experienced and very talented. In my opinion, the salon is very good value for money. If you are thinking of giving Raw a try, don't hesitate. It will be the best decision you ever made.

Charlotte is the best hairdresser I've ever had. She totally understands my hair and my challenges with it, and cuts & styles it accordingly.

The reason for my lower score was purely due to the fact that I was ignored for a long time at the reception desk on arrival. Two girls were sorting out one customer as I was left waiting. An acknowledgement would have been nice
