Been going to Raw ever since it opened and have always been extremely happy with the salon. Had a wash and blow dry with Ellie yesterday. First time with Ellie and and I was very impressed with the way she listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Thanks again Raw

Unfortunately the stylist didn't cut my hair to the length I was happy with and refused to make any changes, once she had decided she had finished! As someone who wears glasses, I removed those while my hair was being cut. The stylist didn't check with me during the cutting process whether I was happy with the new length. Nor did she give me an opportunity to put my glasses on to have a look. Then right at the end, she asked if I was happy with the length. At this point, when I said that I wanted it a bit shorter, she said that she would have to do the full cut again to achieve that. The hair cut itself was really simple - all one length, so it had only taken about 5-10 minutes to cut... By this point, she'd taken the gown off me. She then said she would trim a little bit off the front - tiny hairs going all down my clothes. I had already mentioned that I have quite sensitive skin and get really irritated by the small hairs. So she took no care to listen or remember that from something I had mentioned 5 minutes before. And then told me that was all she could do. The whole appointment including hair washing had only taken 30 minutes and the booking stated 60 mins was the appointment length, so I don't understand why she refused to spend an extra 10 minutes making sure her client was leaving happy! It was really poor customer service and I don't think I'll be going back.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else Lou has been cutting my hair for 23yrs to me that’s says everything
