I found Charlotte to be incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I find it difficult at times to communicate effectively as I am deaf but have always found this hairdressers to go above and beyond. I think it is wonderful the manager knows BSL and all the other staff attempt to sign. I am extremely happy with the quality of work done on my hair and have already booked my next appointment. I would highly recommend RAW to all of my friends and family. Thank you again.
