Was lovely to meet Maddie. She is chatty and confident, I was very happy with the whole service provided by her and would definitely book in with her again. She listened to what wanted and was professional and accommodating. Thank you

I was welcomed by Nicola who was my allocated hair stylist, she was incredibly friendly and professional, she asked mw what I would like to have done and she gave her professional opinion based on my hair type. Was taken to wash my hair where another young lady (don't know her name) washed my hair, she was talking throughout the procedure and asked if the water temperature was okay for me, she gave me a lovely head massage with my consent. Once I was brought back to my chair I was offered drink and requested for hot water and was was given a lovely cake with my hot water too. Nicola talked me through whilst styling my hair and explained what products were used on my hair. On the whole I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and definitely will visit again and recommend friends and family to the friendly service. On top of it I got 20% NHS discount too ,

The staff gave me a warm welcome after some time away due to heath. As always fabulous treatment and service. Really cannot recommend Kim and her team enough!

I love having my hair done, but find it takes too long and twice now I've come away with bleach on my t shirts. So both are ruined and one was my favourite one.

Jess has been doing my hair for a few years and I am never disappointed. My hair is always in such good condition and she knows exactly what my hair needs.
