I couldn't fault the service I received in the salon, however, I booked the appointment online and it was changed to a different stylist who was more expensive (due to the original one leaving), whilst this was not an issue on this occasion as I received a new client discount, I would have expected to be contacted to check this was OK in advance of the appointment as there was a significant difference between the cost of the two stylists.
