I have been having my hair cut at RAW Dartford for 5 years now, and I always receive good service. The staff are polite and attentive. On arrival, my hairdresser sits me down and asks if there are any issues with my hair and what style I would like. I then get offered a drink with various choices to choose from. A head massage is offered once hair has been washed, this is only for a couple of minutes but is so relaxing. The raw and quirky environment is very pleasant while having your hair cut which completes the experience. They also have an App which you get scanned each time that builds points, either towards a free treatment or money off treatment/products which is a great benefit.
