I had a balayage on 23/12/24, even the colour wasn’t what a have requested I tried to think positive and wait for the next wash to see my actual color. The problem is that my hair it started to break and fall off like never before. I had a feeling that something was wrong on the appointment because after applying my color, when they washed my hair I waited for the toner for about10 min at least and the girls were keep coming to see me. After that I stayed with the toner for more than 10 min and the smell was awful. I understand the process as was my second balayage don. The first time I went from brown to blonde balayage and I had no problem (July 2024). I am struggling with anxiety and I don’t want to be contacted by anyone. Very disappointed that I spend £126 for my hair to damaged like this.

There is always a friendly relaxed atmosphere in this salon. It's like a hug when you walk in!

I had a full head of foils done today with blair he did a amazing job he did what he could without pushing my hair to its limits and to keep it in the best condition very happy with the results would defo recommend I wouldent go anywhere else
